We all know that sweating is our body's way to eliminate toxins while keeping its temperature at a moderate level. But we can all agree that it is not something too nice to see.
So, here are 3 steps you can try in order to at least reduce the amount of visible sweat that your body produces:
1.Reduce the amount of spicy food you eat
Spicy food can make your body feel warmer and sweat more in order to cool itself. For example, capsaicin, a chemical compound found in chilly papers, can trick your body into thinking you're taking a hot bath, this way forcing it to sweat more.
2.Apply the antiperspirant from the previous night
Most antiperspirants are effective for at least 24 hours, but they need time in order to block the sweat and its odor.
Also, make sure you are not using too much of it and don't mix them, this can be dangerous for your health.
3.Don't consume too much caffeine
Coffee may be a great way to start off the day, but drinking it while still hot can make your body perspire even more. It is recommended to drink your coffee while it is at a medium temperature,so your body will not use too much energy trying to adapt it to its own temperature in order to digest it.I hope this article helped you and I wish you a great summer!
